Leadership Trainer Internship 2026 at FOCUS Training
This paid summer internship opportunity may be a great fit for students in Sigma Delta Pi or for other students seeking meaningful leadership experience and professional skill development.
FOCUS Training is now recruiting Leadership Trainer Interns for Summer 2026. Interns will gain hands-on experience facilitating college readiness and leadership development programs for middle and high school students nationwide while traveling and leading activities alongside professional staff.
Interns will:
- Travel nationwide with an experienced training team
- Facilitate and support interactive leadership and college readiness workshops
- Lead small-group discussions and student activities
- Serve as near-peer mentors for middle and high school students
- Practice public speaking, group facilitation, and professional communication
- Collaborate as part of a team in fast-paced, real-world environments
The experience builds transferable skills, confidence, and leadership, preparing students for careers, graduate school, and campus leadership roles, with structured training and coaching provided throughout the summer.
