Han Zhuo visiting Fulbright recipient

The Chinese program welcomes Han Zhuo, our new Fulbright teaching assistant from China.

Han, an English teacher, is the vice director of the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Center at the International College of Shenyang University. With her FLTA Program scholarship, Han Zhuo will be both working with the professors in the Modern Languages and Literatures Department, and taking classes in the School of Education for the academic year 2016-17. She expects her teaching will arouse the interest and understanding of American students and colleagues about Chinese culture, teaching methods and philosophy.

Han is one of nearly 400 young educators from 50 countries who are visiting the U.S. this academic year through the FLTA Program to help internationalize U.S. colleges and universities.
