Starting July 15, 2024, BCLA students should schedule meetings with BCLA Advising through the new student platform, LionConnect. Visit the LionConnect resources page for more information. 

The BCLA Advising Office is offering virtual office hours Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - noon and 3 - 5 p.m., PDT, for quick questions (i.e., submitting forms, college processes, deadlines, etc.). Completed Registrar forms can be submitted for processing to BCLAAdvising@lmu.edu.

Beginning Monday, August 26, BCLA Advising offers drop-in advising daily M-F (except W) from 9-10am and 2-3pm. Drop-in advising is offered on a first-come, first seen basis. Students may check-in at the front desk beginning 5 minutes prior to the start of drop-in hours. Appointments endure 15-minutes maximum. Drop-in advising is best used for preliminary conversations or quick questions. Students may be referred to schedule a follow-up appointment if their questions cannot be fully resolved within the 15-minutes. The BCLA Advising Center is open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. for advising appointments that have been scheduled in advance. You can schedule a 15 or 30-minute virtual appointment with a professional advisor by selecting an appointment type below. Your faculty advisor is also available to answer any questions about your major and can be reached via email

NOTE: To ensure productive Zoom appointments, please join with your camera on, in a private setting, and come prepared with materials such as your student records and a notetaking implement. If you are unable to meet these requirements, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
