The Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts' shared governance system includes the constitution of BCLA standing committees as set out in the BCLA Shared Governance Bylaws. The standing committees include:
- Executive Planning Committee
- Committee on Committees
- Curriculum Review Committee
- Faculty Grants & Awards Committee
- Faculty Review Committee
- Graduate Studies Committee
- Student Success Committee
- NTTF Committee
Members of each committee are nominated and elected in accordance with established procedures. The standing committee's chair will be elected at their first meeting.
