Professor Badenes, S.J. holds Chair at Fordham University
Honored this fall as the Saint Ignatius of Loyola Chair in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Fordham University.
Dr. Badenes, an expert on Spanish artist Federico García Lorca, is teaching a seminar on the poet and dramaturg at the prestigious Jesuit institution. Professor Badenes will deliver a lecture on this author on October 24 (Lincoln Center campus) and November 14 (Rose Hill campus). He will remain there for the Spring term, while on sabbatical from LMU, conducting research on García Lorca, among other projects.
