Christopher J. Finlay, Associate Professor of Communication Studies at Loyola Marymount University. He specializes in digital media cultures, sports communication, global media industries, and political communication. He has a particular interest in the Olympics media and Chinese media industries.
Joshua Mason, Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Loyola Marymount University. He takes a hermeneutic approach to comparison across traditions, focusing on the historical connotations of ethical ideals and metaphors. He hopes that by extending our capacity for ethical understanding, we can overcome contemporary political predicaments.
Jonathan D. Pollack, Distinguished Scholar of Strategic Studies, Global Policy Institute, Loyola Marymount University; Senior Fellow, John L. Thornton China Center and Center for East Asia Policy, Brookings Institution. His principal research interests include Chinese national security strategy; U.S.- China relations; U.S. strategy in Asia and the Pacific; Korean politics and foreign policy; Asian international politics; and nuclear weapons and international security.
