Emily Luong
Research Assistant
Emily Luong is a research assistant at the Psychology Applied Research Center (PARC) at LMU, primarily working on Phase 2 of the California Reducing Disparities Project. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Labor Studies. Before joining PARC, Emily was a research assistant at the UCLA Psychology Department and an IDDEAS Scholar at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her research interests broadly include intersectional frameworks, collective action, and intergroup relations. She is deeply passionate about developing policy interventions that resonate with marginalized groups through research, and plans to pursue her Ph.D. in social psychology to advance this line of inquiry.
