2020 Youth Theology Institute Schedule
YTI Half-day Retreat: Saturday, March 21 | 9:30 am - 3:00 pm | Loyola Marymount University
In the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola, LMU is a place where young people come for education of the whole person, the service of faith, and the promotion of justice. St. Ignatius of Loyola is most known for his gift of "finding God in all things," which includes finding God in one's own being (imago Dei), along with valuing diversity and the creativity of faith. If you are a high school student (sophomore through senior) with big life questions about God and how God is working in and through your own life and the world around you, join us for this free half-day retreat at LMU.
Participants will engage in theological reflection and discussion with the guidance of LMU graduate student mentors. The half-day retreat will include continental breakfast, guest lecturers, group team-building activities, and spiritual exercises. A boxed lunch will also be provided.
Come and bring your questions about God, nurture your spiritual life, and be in a loving community!
