Jocelyn Thew grew up in Spokane, Washington. Jocelyn majored in Psychology and minored in Health and Society. She is from a family of 6 who all love outdoor activities and all did gymnastics. Jocelyn is very adventurous, but also enjoys reading, crafts, and puzzles. She loves working with kids, and currently works at a daycare in Washington. Jocelyn hopes to do something with psychology and kids but is not yet sure what that will be. She loves the spontaneous energy kids have and how creative they are. Jocelyn also loves animals; she brought her family’s chocolate lab to school with her and he attended many classes with her. This year, Jocelyn has been focusing on slowing down and being more present in her life, and she’s started exploring spirituality and deepening her connection with herself and the world around her. Because of this, she is learning to dive deeper into what she is passionate about, instead of trying to learn a little information about everything.
