Join us on October 6th with Anka Lee, a founding partner at Scalare Advisors and a national security expert with decades of experience in both the public and private sectors of the U.S. government, for a special talk on "What's Next? China Competition and America's Allies and Partners after Trump". Previously, Anka Lee served as the International Policy Director for California State Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon, Deputy Assistant Secretary for East Asia at the Pentagon, and USAID Deputy Assistant Administrator for Multilateral Affairs.
Anka Lee is a founding partner at Scalare Advisors and a national security expert with decades of experience in both the public and private sectors of the U.S. government. From 2017 to 2020, Lee served as California State Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon’s international policy director, creating bilateral initiatives in collaboration with Mexico, Canada, Japan, and Germany. During his time in Washington, D.C., he served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for East Asia at the Pentagon, advancing bilateral defense, as well as USAID Deputy Assistant Administrator for multilateral affairs, increasing financial support for global issues.
