The Global Policy Institute at Loyola Marymount University was honored to welcome Anne-Marie Slaughter who discussed a new vision of foreign policy in the age of social media.

Anne-Marie Slaughter is the President and CEO of New America, a think ​and action tank dedicated to renewing America in the Digital Age. From 2009-2011, she served as director of Policy Planning for the United States Department of State, the first woman to hold the position.
