The Huffington Ecumenical Institute put on an evening of liturgy and discussion centered on the famine in Ukraine of 1932-1933. An ecumenical memorial service for the victims of the Holodomor was followed by reflections on the way in which memorializing the genocide has brought together Ukrainians of different faith traditions in the United States.
