Ashley Muñoz, Graduate Assistant

Ashley Muñoz earned her B.A. in English and East Asian Studies, with a literature emphasis, from the University of Arizona in 2020. She is currently working toward her M.A. in English with a literature emphasis, and her primary studies of interest include bereavement and trauma literature. In her free time, Ashley enjoys exploring Los Angeles and taking the wrong exit despite the directions on her GPS.

Sophia Markoski, Graduate Assistant

Sophia Markoski earned her B.A. in Writing from Point Loma Nazarene University. She is currently studying for her M.A. in English with an emphasis in creative writing. In her free time, Sophia enjoys trying to find the best iced almond milk latte in Southern California. 

Daisy Saucedo Hernandez, Graduate Assistant

Daisy Saucedo Hernandez earned her B.A. in English with a minor in Education from UCLA. She is currently on the M.A. English Literature track. In her free time she enjoys painting, traveling, and spending time with family/friends. 

Daria Young, Peer Leader

Daria Young is a senior at Loyola Marymount, from Pasadena, CA. She is currently a double major in Urban Studies and Sociology. In her free time, Daria enjoys taking long walks in Hermosa Beach, watching TLC with friends, and taking care of her pet fish, Patrick.

Brooklyn Kelly, Peer Leader

Brooklyn Kelly is a senior Theater Arts major. She is from Las Vegas, NV. In her spare time, she enjoys journaling, meditating, and watching anime. One of her favorite anime is Naruto Shippuden.

Robert Baransaka, Peer Leader

Robert Baransaka is a Senior Political Science major and Peace and Justice Studies minor, with aspirations to become a lawyer postgrad. He is from Phoenix, AZ, and made his first move out of state for LMU. In his free time, Robert enjoys a good psychological thriller and making fuego playlists.

Natalie Riddick, Peer Leader

Natalie Riddick is a Junior History major and Dance minor who is passionate about social justice and the arts. On-campus, she has become the treasurer of the student-run club Theater in Color and a member of the Marians Service Organization. Natalie enjoys reading and spending time exploring LA with her friends in her free time.

Nya Jacobs, Peer Leader

Nya Jacobs is a junior screenwriting major from Washington DC. She has a Theatre Production degree from Duke Ellington School of the Arts, with an interest in visual arts. In her free time, Nya enjoys listening to music as she explores the city.

Sebastian Ibarra, Peer Leader

Sebastian Ibarra is a sophomore History major at Loyola Marymount University, from Claremont, California. He wishes to become an American history professor that can teach future generations. In his free time, Sebastian loves to go on hikes with his dog, play video games with his family members, watch films, and read a good book.

Sabrina Isaacs, Peer Leader

Sabrina Isaacs is a Psychology major with a concentration in Pre-health from Central Florida. She’s also a member of the Opportunes, an on campus all female A Cappella group. In her free time, she likes to make music, sing, and watch movies.

Judith Chavez-Cardenas, Peer Leader

Judith Chavez-Cardenas is a fourth-year student pursuing her B.A. in Sociology and Spanish with a minor in Peace and Justice Studies. Some of her involvements on campus include the First-to-Go community, Grupo Folklórico, MEChA, and El Espejo. During her spare time, Judith loves spending time with her dogs, Loki and Thor, and caring for her plants. 

Devyn MacEachern, Peer Leader

Devyn MacEachern is a senior Film, Television, and Media Studies major. She is from a small town near Boston, MA, and chose a school in L.A. to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. In her free time, Devyn likes to hang out with her friends, read, and write. She also enjoys exercising, traveling, and watching TV shows and movies.

Carolyn Gerrior, Peer Leader

Carolyn Gerrior is a Senior Economics and Music double major, with a concentration in Vocal Performance. On campus she is a member of the Consort Singers, Sinatra Opera Workshop, and the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. She loves drives up PCH, rocky beaches, the sun and cats.
