I can see it pouring
but no one else can see
It wasn't even in the forecast
But still... very real to me.
My insides are screaming
for the sun to shine so bright
With this melancholy feeling
I can end my life, tonight.
It starts pouring uncontrollably now
And my heart begins to race
I could remember him shouting
"Tonight ... You will give me a taste".
Oh but it's just RAIN they kept telling me
Tomorrow will be a new day...
But when she died that night,"I'm sorry"
.. is what they dare not say.
The strikes of lightning scared me
I hoped it was only a dream
I realized my pillow was wet
and heard somebody scream...
But it wasn't raining outside
No wonder no one else could see
It was the screams of the bulged eyed lil girl
who was crying inside of me...
