Participants at this event are invited to enjoy appetizer-size tastes of several unique menu items created from ingredients that were raised sustainably by local farms and prepared fresh for you. The goal of this reception is to increase understanding of the relationship between our health and how the food we eat is raised or grown. This will be accomplished through increased awareness about sustainable farming practices, and encouraging sustainable food choices. Local farmers may even be on hand to share their stories and explain the sustainable practices they use. Participation is by advance RSVP only.
