Once logged into Sona Systems, you can access and generate your course reports in a matter of seconds by following this procedure:

1. Click on the "Generate Course Reports" option
2. A screen will pop up that lists the classes you are teaching as well as provide you with three options on the type of report you would like t generate. These three options allow you to note the progress of your students' credit hours. The three types of reports that you may generate are:
   
   All Students
   Completed Students
   Incomplete Students
3. Click one of the options above in order to generate the desired report.
4. As an instructor you should generate course reports in order to monitor your students' progress, as well as assess your students' completion of Subject Pool credit hours. You will NOT receive printouts from the Subject Pool Team.
