The Democracy Council, an international non-governmental organization that focuses on the promotion of democracy and good governance throughout the world, is looking for graduate students or advanced undergraduates interested in political science, international relations, and non-profit development to intern at our west Los Angeles office or in Washington DC.

The following intern vacancies are available:
Qualifications: - Graduate student or B.A. degree in a related field - Proven research skills - Self-motivation and professionalism - Dedication to promoting human rights and rule of law in developing countries - Arabic, Farsi, or Spanish language skills preferred Internship hours are flexible, but a minimum time commitment of 15 hours per week is preferred over duration of at least three months. This internship is based in Los Angeles or Washington DC so only applicants who can make their own arrangements to be in these areas will be considered. |
