NC4, Inc. – the industry leader in global Situational Awareness solutions – is seeking candidates for a part-time internship to work in support of our 24/7 International Monitoring Center in El Segundo, CA.

NC4, Inc. is a privately-held, California-based firm that specializes in providing government, business and non-governmental organizations with a full suite of Situational Response, Situational Awareness and Preparedness tools to assist in mitigating the risks posed by “All Hazards” events on a global scale.

Internship Description  Application Information
The Position: Our company runs two 24/7 Monitoring Centers staffed by a team of analysts. These analysts are tasked with monitoring thousands of information sources throughout the world, and analyzing potential threats to organizational assets posed by All Hazards events – fires, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, security issues, aviation incidents, infrastructure concerns, etcetera.

The intern position supports the analysts in this mission, providing research and analytical functions with respect to these events and fulfilling administrative duties to streamline our processes.

The internship can either be constructed for course credit or could be paid on a part-time basis. Overall time commitment for the position will be approximately 10 hours per week. There is the possibility of full-time employment once the internship is concluded or once candidates fulfill their degree obligations.
