Dr. Michael Genovese Publishes Five Books in Two Weeks

In just two weeks, Dr. Michael Genovese has published five books. The Director of the Institute for Leadership Studies now adds among his long list of book publications the Catholics and Politics: The Dynamic Tension between Faith and Power, three Encyclopedias of American Government and Civic, and Leadership at the Crossroads: Leadership and Politics.

This past year seems to have been a wild ride for Dr. Genovese, who was the Scholar in Residence for the Washington Center Program in Washington, D.C. His notable position as Scholar in Residence will take him to Washington, D.C., next year, where he will be attending the upcoming 2009 presidential inauguration. In this past year, Dr. Genovese also became part of the Editorial Board of Rhetoric and Public Affairs and the International Leadership Journal.

Dr. Genovese looks forward to publishing two more books next year: Leadership in the Liberal Arts and Presidential Prerogative.

When asked to describe his greatest accomplishment, Dr. Genovese mentions his teaching awards.

The Department congratulates Dr. Genovese on his achievements!
