The Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts supports and encourages the mentoring of new faculty. Each department facilitates one-to-one mentoring of new faculty; the College supports these efforts with workshops and social events. In addition, the University promotes a “Mentoring for Mission” program, which provides on-line support for identifying mentors with a variety of interests and areas of expertise to help junior faculty better understand the mission and identity of the university.
